Here is how our team proceeds when we support a client in their office layout. It is a multi-step process that puts the customer's needs at the center of our concerns, for a completely tailor-made and unique end result!

Understanding needs and expectations
First of all, the most important thing to lay the foundations of our collaboration is to fully understand the context and the reality of the client. Since each industry is different, it is essential to understand the nature of the work that employees do. Do they need a framework conducive to concentration or, on the contrary, creativity and interactions between employees predominate? Should the working atmosphere breathe calm or dynamism? This step of connecting with the client is the key to ensuring that we are heading in the right direction.
Next comes an in-depth analysis of the client's needs and expectations. This of course goes through several stages, including: defining the budget allocated to the project, setting the design and implementation deadlines and developing your vision of the project and your desires. For large-scale projects, this client meeting takes place with a work environment advisor and a designer.
Finally, to have all the cards in hand before launching the ideation of the redevelopment, it is necessary to validate the existing plans and take the measurements of the premises, always keeping in mind the concepts of ergonomics and the safety standards to be considered.
The proposal phase
Once all these preparatory steps have been completed, we can move on to the ideation phase. Teamwork is an integral part of the OBURO philosophy and at this stage of the process, teamwork begins and ideas are stirred! Around the table, among others, a work environment consultant, a draftswoman and often also the representative of a manufacturer are involved in order to have a brainstorming session rich in ideas and productive.
This is followed by the production of 2D and 3D plans, which are a first draft of the redevelopment project, in order to validate the space planning with the client. After adjusting the plan following the client's comments, we present a color proposal that allows him to get a good idea of the final look of the project. The latter being now well defined and the details being refined, we can prepare a quote.
At any time during the project, we also organize a visit to our showroom or that of one of our manufacturers to allow the customer to see the products offered and appreciate their quality. This is often an opportunity for him to have a crush on a type of furniture that he will want to have in his new layout. This is also the time to look at and discuss the choices of finishes available.
A flexible and tailor-made offer
Finally, one of the points that differentiate us is our great flexibility. For example, in order to offset the production delays that have recently increased at several manufacturers, we offer the customer to lend him furniture if necessary while waiting to receive the new one. Note that it is also possible to rent furniture if a client has a one-time need for a few months while waiting for a redevelopment or a move.
